Maids tend to the suites twice daily to ensure the utmost cleanliness. Laundry and dry-cleaning is available to guests Monday to Fridays.

Whilst staying with us, make use of our complimentary DVD library so you can enjoy the latest movies on your plasma screen television.

Grocery Pre-stocking

Even before you arrive at Plaza on the River, you know you will be taken care of. Our guest relations team can pre-order your groceries from our quality suppliers such as Fortnum & Mason’s, to ensure the fridge is stocked with your essentials.

Guests residing at The Family Hotel have complimentary access to the onsite Fitness Suite. Release the tension of a busy day with cardiovascular machines. For further relaxation, guests can enjoy local jogging, tennis and horse riding, details for which can be obtained from concierge.

We can arrange fully-qualified and accredited baby-sitting services so you can whisk your partner off for a romantic evening in town.

Limousine Service and Valet Parking
